I started my career in Boulder, Colorado, working for a small organic beverage brand which I then launched on Amazon in 2008. What began as a single product launch quickly scaled into the company’s top-performing sales channel, setting the foundation for nearly two decades spent operating inside Amazon and e-commerce.

From there, I joined Beekeeper Marketing as an early team member, supporting national CPG brands as the company scaled and was later acquired by Advantage Solutions. During that time, I became a the company subject matter expert for Seller Central assisting some 100+ team members.

Eventually, I launched and ran my own agency, building and mentoring a team while managing over $200M in annual Amazon revenue for brands, ranging from early-stage startups to globally recognized brands. That experience taught me two important things:

  • Most growth problems aren’t solved by more dashboards and more spend.

  • The best results come from experienced operators who stay close to their work and understand the impact each lever has.

Today, through Ajarro, I work directly with brands, founders, and investors who need senior-level guidance and execution without the layers, handoffs, or noise. I stay hands-on by design and intentionally limit my client load so every account receives focused, thoughtful attention.
